International Eats
This illustrated series features nine posters of dishes from cities all around the world, from New York City to Tokyo!
Project Overview: The goal of this project was to create a series of design work that I’m passionate about. I love trying cuisines from all around the world, so I wanted to create an illustrated poster series of some of my favorite international dishes.

The Process: I spent time researching popular, traditional food from each city as well as incorporating culturally significant colors into the palette. This next image shows what my iPad screen looked like as I worked on the Tokyo ramen poster. 🍥
Challenge: Aside from researching, one challenge was keeping a cohesive illustrated style throughout the nine posters. That being said, I also made sure to vary the background colors, since I did not want to have too much repetition of similar hues.
